Why is LOKAL taking a hiatus?
Due to the prevailing conditions and developments in Georgia, we have made the decision to take a brief hiatus at LOKAL.
How long will the hiatus last?
The hiatus is planned to begin on January 1, 2024, we plan to spend time to restructure the business and seek investment. LOKAL will be closing the current facilities while we work on obtaining investment and securing new facilities. Although we can’t provide an exact duration, we’ll keep you updated on our progress.
What will happen to ongoing events like "TOAST", digital nomad meetups and board game nights during the break?
We plan to have some intermittent partner events to keep the community connected. Wednesday night boardgames will continue with our new partnership with Board Games Guild every Wednesday night starting at 7pm.
