In this Masterclass, we will have a short discussion about all of the traditions surrounding the Easter Holiday in Georgia.
Easter grass is generally started one week before Easter Sunday, i.e. on Palm Sunday. Christians believe that green grass symbolizes the new life Christ gave us with his resurrection.
Together we will prepare the traditional Easter grass for you to take home with you. This is a hands-on Masterclass. All supplies will be provided as well as step by step instruction.
We will supply a disposable plate for you to prepare your Easter Grass on; but if you have a decorative plate that you would like to bring to use – we encourage you to bring one.
